Meet Ron Sanchez

Born in St. Augustine, FL in 1942, I attended Catholic Schools from K through 12. I served 8 years in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve and was later employed in the banking business as an Assistant Cashier. In 1968, I began a full time career in the entertainment business. I reopened my entertainment agency from 1979 to 1992, and became licensed in the construction business in 1991.

My community service includes:
  • St. Johns County Commission 2006-2014
  • St. Augustine Beach Volunteer Fire Department for 14 years
  • St. Augustine Beach Code Enforcement Board for 8 years, as chairman for three.
  • St. Augustine Beach Commission
  • St. Johns County Fire Advisory Board
  • Intergovernmental Agency
  • St. Joseph Academy Board of Directors
  • The Pact Prevention Coalition Board of Directors. I am past president of this great group.
  • Selective Service Board, having been nominated by the Governor and appointed by Presidential Appointment.
  • EPIC –Big Brothers, Big Sisters fundraising efforts.
